Weekend-ly Do’s (Dec. 4-6): An Advent calendar’s worth of awesome in a single weekend

Banner, Event, News — By Christopher Spencer on December 4, 2009 at 5:14 pm

adventSure, Advent calendar chocolate was never that delicious, but it was there, consistent and daily.

I’d pop open a panel on each day leading up to Christmas and devour what was inside the small nook. Temptation abounded to jump a day or two ahead, but I rarely gave in … except on the weekends when Friday, Saturday and Sunday could fly by in an instant.

Why not enjoy three days at once. This weekend is full of those allegorical chocolates, an entire month’s worth packed into a single weekend. And this time they are all delicious.
