Rogers police arrest two, discover pot plants

For Immediate Release: Narcotics Arrest
On Thursday, August 13, 2009, Investigators from the Rogers Police Department received an anonymous tip in reference to Marijuana plants growing outside a residence located at 21424 Deer Run Lane. The property was searched and 8 cannabis plants were discovered around the perimeter of the residence. A search of the residence revealed several paraphernalia items and a small amount of processed marijuana.
The suspects, Bradley Owren, (White/male 31 yrs.) and Frankie Brannan-Butler, (Native American female 41yrs.) were arrested for the following offenses: Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Subjects were released on felony citations.
There is no further information at this time.
