(Miriam Schwartz is a citizen of the world who has lived in Europe, the Middle East and Canada before settling in northwest Arkansas. She loves music, animals (especially her dog), witty banter and, somewhat guiltily, MTV’s “The Hills.” She doesn’t particularly care for rude people, Black Forest cake, the music of Tears for Fears or scary movies.)

It’s reggae! It’s doo-wop! By Bob Marley! It’s a little more than two minutes of escapist sunshine in an otherwise cruel, cruel world. I first downloaded this song on Napster back when Napster was the Wild West of music downloading and listened to it so much I convinced myself to skip class. If you can listen to Bob Marley and still be in a bad mood you either 1. Don’t like music or 2. Have no soul. It’s your choice, really.
