I went to the same school as this guy and definitely know what you mean. He’s a lowlife.
I forgot what Terry’s original crime was, for which he has been imprisoned. He used to own a towing service, linked with triple A. I found him to be really quite ok, which isn’t to say that he didn’t commit some breach of the law.
