Circuit Judge Mike Mashburn stepping down

COMMENT: Circuit Judge Mike Mashburn of Washington County is stepping down from the bench next month. You might recall he had a stroke quite a while back. He’s also the husband of fellow Circuit Judge Mary Ann Gunn, known well from Drug Court.
