broadway_boundAuditions for Rogers Little Theater’s production of “Broadway Bound” by Neil Simon will be held at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Sep 21 and 22, at The Victory Theater, 116 South 2nd Street in Downtown Rogers. Production dates are Nov. 6-8 and 12-15.

Director Kaye Cotton said there are roles for 4 men and 2 women, in their early 20′s to mid-70′s. “”Picking up where “Brighton Beach Memoirs” and “Biloxi Blues” ended,” she explained,” the comedy/drama finds Eugene and his older brother, Stanley, trying to break into the world of professional comedy writing” while dealing with their loveable, yet sometimes difficuly family members.

Ms. Cotton encouraged those who have never performed at Rogers Little Theater to come to auditions. “We welcome newcomers and are always in search of both performers and technical volunteers,” she said.

Perusal scripts are available at RLT’s box office at the Victory Theater for a $10 refundable deposit. For more information call 479/631-8988 Tuesday through Friday from noon to 5 p.m. or Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or visit www.rogerslittletheater.org
