COMMENT: The Arkansas Times blog, KFSM (via the Associated Press) and an anonymous OU reader all report that Benton County Judge David Bisbee got slapped Wednesday with some misdemeanor charges, including unlawful judicial intention.
KFSM further reports that Prosecutor Van Stone will file a petition to have Bisbee removed. The charges stem from allegations Bisbee’s company did work for the county.
