Artist puts phone books to good use

Reach out and touch Ed Asner.
COMMENT: Make, an online zine about interesting uses of common and not-so-common items, profiles an artist who sculps and paints using phone books. They pieces are interesting, but what impresses me more is someone found a use for phone books. I mean Jeebus, how many can be left on doorsteps in a year? Why he scuplted Ed Asner, I have no idea… but it’s beautiful.
