Bi-annual conference to examine children’s issues before the 2011 legislative session.
SPRINGDALE – Experts from Arkansas non-profits and government agencies on Thursday will explore children’s issues that will come before the 2011 session of the Arkansas General Assembly.
The conference is the Kids Count Coalition’s bi-annual briefing in Northwest Arkansas on proposals and prospects for children during the legislative session. Child health, juvenile justice, child welfare, education and economic issues are among the topics that will be explored.

I feel that you need more infornation about Robert depper the third and dcfs, and this web site has many facts with legal documents as proof.
These people are hurting more kids in the foster system, knowingly then not.
