10-year-old girl killed Saturday while crossing Razorback Road | CF

COMMENT: The Northwest Arkansas Times reports that an unnamed 10-year-old girl was struck about 9 a.m. Saturday morning while crossing Razorback Road. She later died at Washington Regional Medical Center. The driver of the car that struck the girl, 23-year-old Charles Frazier of Fayetteville, was charged with careless driving but was not injured. The paper reports that this is the third serious accident during the past two weeks.

What adult would leave a ten year old girl unsupervised, cross the street? Sounds like the parents need to question whoever was in charge of her at the time.
